Betting in online craps with Littlewoods is simple. Your chips are shown in order of value at the bottom of your screen, and you can click on the chip that you would like to bet in order to make a wager. Left clicking on a chip increases the wager by that amount, while right clicking degreases the wager.
There are regular bets, and ‘supplementary’ bets in Craps. Supplementary bets are made after the first roll. The ‘total bet’ field indicates how much you have bet on the current roll.
When you are playing Craps online at Littlewoods, you can roll the dice yourself, or you can allow the computer to make the roll for you. The results of the last five rolls are displayed in the top left-hand corner of the screen, and your win and lose details are also displayed in a separate window on the game screen. You can use this information to formulate your betting strategy.
Some Craps bets are only available for the come out, or first roll. Others are only available if a ‘point’ has been established. This happens when the come out roll is either 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10. Point rolls continue until a seven or the point is rolled, then the sequence is restarted with another come out roll.
Craps strategy can be difficult, since there are no obvious measurable factors. However, some strategies are still popular. One of the most common strategies involves increasing or decreasing your bets depending on if the player is hot or cold. If a player is on a hot streak, it is a good idea to back them.
Experience craps players pick a sensible, reasonable betting limit and stick to it. The occasional high bet is a good idea, but make sure you can stay at the table for a decent period of time, and above all, have fun! |
